Printed Designs for Cardboard Boxes
We work closely with our clients to design and build packaging solutions that fit all their product needs. The project begins with a product analysis, identifying packaging needs and usage, manufacturing and distribution requirements, marketing considerations, and time and cost factors. Our design team's capabilities and extensive experience enable us to create rapid prototypes using the most advanced design tools and technologies. These prototypes can be printed digitally or with full-size print samples, giving our clients the opportunity to see the final image of their products.
When required (for a manufactured cardboard product prototype), a test is conducted in Technopack's quality laboratory, using pressure and load limit testing systems to determine the maximum load capacity of the carton during storage and stacking, taking into account product storage factors.
