First: honey recipe
Honey is one of the oldest treatments for dry cough, and it is usually contained in all medications treated for it, due to its known effect on eliminating mucus and soothing the throat, in addition to being an antioxidant and microbial.
 
You can eat 3 tablespoons of honey a day to treat a dry cough, taking into account a few things first (cough treatment: between a doctor’s office and your grandmother’s prescriptions).
 
Second: turmeric recipe
Because turmeric contains curcumin, which is resistant to inflammation, viruses and bacteria, it is useful in treating dry cough.
 
You can add one tablespoon of turmeric to the water and put it on the fire until boiling, until the quantity decreases by half, then add a tablespoon of honey to them and drink them warm.
