The Chairman of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, Mr. Alaa Al-Ali, toured the "Nas Tex 2026" textile exhibition, accompanied by several board members of the Federation and representatives from provincial chambers of commerce and industry. During the tour, he inspected the exhibition pavilions, participating companies, and the remarkably high turnout, which reflects the exhibition’s status as an international platform bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and textile industry experts.On the sidelines of the tour, Al-Ali met with the participating Libyan economic delegation, in the presence of the Libyan Ambassador to Damascus, Mr. Walid Ammar. The meeting emphasized the exhibition's vital role in boosting economic cooperation between Syria and Libya, as well as expanding partnership horizons between the chambers of commerce in both countries, particularly in the textile sector and its related industries.During his tour, the Chairman of the Federation also listened to briefings from exhibitors regarding the latest technologies utilized in the textile industry, production lines, and raw materials. He stressed that such events represent a significant opportunity to support the national industry, open up to foreign markets, and enhance the presence of Syrian products in regional and international markets
