A castle of the mountains of the Syrian coast in the province of Latakia in Syria. Surrounded by a high peak and surrounded by forests and magnificent landscapes, it was called for a short time in the castle of Zion or Alsoon. In 2006, the castle was inscribed on the World Heritage List along with the Citadel.
