Damascus Chamber of Agriculture exported about $ 200 million in 2019

The "Damascus Chamber of Agriculture" revealed that the value of its exports since the beginning of this year until December of it reached 198.5 million dollars, which included all agricultural products, and exports were made to several Arab and foreign countries.
The Chamber's president, Omar Shalt, told Al-Thawra newspaper that agricultural exports were distributed between Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan, Iraq, Kuwait, the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Spain, Germany and America.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Damascus Chamber of Agriculture" has previously announced that 3,360 certificates of origin have been granted from the beginning of the year until the end of June 2019, at a value of 162.721 million dollars, while the value of exports during the first half of this year amounted to 72 million dollars.
The value of exports of the "Damascus Chamber of Agriculture" since the beginning of the year until October 21 last, 99,809,134 dollars, in addition to exports in euros worth 101,058 euros, and exports in Syrian pounds worth 6 million pounds only, according to recent data for the room.
And revealed the "Damascus Chamber of Agriculture" previously issued 63 certificates of origin during the first 9 months of 2018, about 100 million dollars, with a total boat weight of 65 thousand tons, and recorded the value of exports of Qamar Al-Din alone 4 thousand tons with a value of 56 million dollars.
