Decision of the Minister of Economy and Industry Appointing the Board of Directors of the Raqqa Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2026

The Minister of Economy and Industry
Based on Presidential Decree No. /9/ dated 29/3/2025,
Based on Decree No. /385/ dated 22/4/2025,
Based on the provisions of Law No. /8/ of /2020/ and its amendments,
Based on the letter of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce No. 3/888 dated 14/5/2026, registered with us via fax under No. /535/ dated 18/5/2026,
And in accordance with the requirements of the public interest,
Decides the following:

Article 1- Decision No. /3209/ dated 23/10/2024, which ratified the election results of the Board of Directors of the Raqqa Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the term (2024-2028), is hereby annulled. Furthermore, Decision No. /3276/ dated 28/10/2024, which ratified the election results of the members of the Executive Bureau of the Raqqa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is also annulled.

Article 2- The following named individuals are appointed as members of the Board of Directors of the Raqqa Chamber of Commerce and Industry as follows:

Article 3- The aforementioned members of the Board of Directors shall elect the members of the Executive Bureau in accordance with the provisions of Law No. /8/ of /2020/.

Article 4- The new Board of Directors shall exercise its duties until the end of the current term of the Chamber.

Article 5- This decision shall be published and communicated to those responsible for its execution.
