Syria International Islamic Bank concludes the initiative (Kvito and Vito) for the demobilized Syrian Arab Army
Syria International Islamic Bank, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the Center for Career Guidance and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry, has concluded one of the “Kefitwa Wafitwa” initiatives of the Syrian Arab Army theaters of service of science.
In a speech delivered by Mr. Bashar Al-Sitt, CEO of Syria International Islamic Bank during the ceremony, he stressed that attention to social responsibility is an essential part of the strategy of the bank, and stressed that this initiative is a duty towards those heroes who stood tall in front of the war in Syria for more than Eight years in order to restore security and safety for every inch of the precious land of Syria, and today after they have completed the service of science, the simplest we can offer them is to help them and support them to enter the labor market through this initiative, which we hope to provide them with the desired benefit. The initiative will not Wen only but there will be other initiatives in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
In turn, Mr. Yasser Abdul-Ahmed, Assistant Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, said that this program came in the belief of the Ministry of Social Responsibility to support the theaters of the Syrian Arab Army, and is the first to cooperate and coordinate between the Ministry and many parties to provide full support and empowerment to the theaters of the Syrian Arab Army He stressed that the goal of the program to train the demobilized and enable them to re-launch the labor market again after they interrupted them for a period of time.
This initiative comes within the framework of the Bank's social responsibility towards the demobilized service of science in order to train them and hone their skills and qualify them to be able to get a suitable job opportunity.
KFITWA and VITEWA initiative included a two-week training course at the Career Counseling and Entrepreneurship Center in several carefully selected key areas to provide trainees with the skills and information that will help them find suitable job opportunities.
The trainees were selected according to specific criteria related to the educational level taking into consideration seniority in the service of science.
The ceremony ended with the distribution of certificates to the demobilized who joined the program
