Exempting Iraqi trucks from taxes.

The Minister of Transport, Engineer Ali Hammoud, issued a circular requiring Iraqi trucks entering the Syrian territories to be obstructed from the Albukamal crossing from the fee specified in Legislative Decree No. 25 of 2003.
