Upon a gracious invitation from the Governor of Lattakia, Mr. Ahmad Mustafa, a meeting was held at the governorate headquarters. The meeting brought together members of the Board of Directors of the Lattakia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, headed by Mr. Anas Joud, Chairman of the Board.At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Anas Joud and the board members extended their congratulations and blessings to the Governor on assuming his duties as Governor of Lattakia, wishing him success in fulfilling his responsibilities and serving the people of the governorate.The meeting tackled the economic, service, investment, and industrial realities in Lattakia Governorate. It reviewed the most prominent challenges and available opportunities, while exploring effective means to support economic activity, improve the business environment, encourage investment, and promote local development.Furthermore, the Chamber's board members presented several interventions and proposals aimed at revitalizing commercial, industrial, and service activities, as well as improving the quality of services provided to citizens. They emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the public and private sectors to achieve sustainable development in the governorate.For his part, the Governor affirmed the governorate's keenness to maintain continuous communication with economic sectors, listen to their proposals, and follow up on issues of concern to merchants, industrialists, and investors.
