General Assembly Invitation

The Board of Directors of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry is honored to:

Invite you to attend the annual ordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled to be held at exactly 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the hall of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Daraa, Hanano Street. In the event that a legal quorum is not reached for the session at the first scheduled time, the second and final meeting will be held at exactly 12:00 PM on the same day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

To discuss the following agenda:

Listening to the Board of Directors' report on its activities during the year 2025, discussing it, and approving it.
Reviewing the final accounts (the balance sheet for the years 2024 - 2025) and approving them.
Reviewing the estimated budget for the year 2026 and approving it.
Discharging the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors from liability.
Selecting an auditor for the Chamber for the year 2026 and determining their fees.
Determining the annual subscription fees for merchants and industrialists for the year 2027.
Any new business presented by the Board and any topics suggested by the attendees that concern the Chamber of Commerce.
