Smokers .. You have to exercise to ward off lung cancer

Current or former smokers can ward off the risk of lung cancer death or death if they exercise, according to a recent study.

The researchers in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine subjected 2,979 men to the examination of the electric jogging device, some former smokers and others are present to assess their cardiovascular fitness or to what extent the circulatory and respiratory systems can provide muscle oxygen during physical effort using a measure known as "equivalents Metabolism ”which reflects the amount of oxygen consumed during physical activity.

The study lasted several years during which 99 of them were diagnosed with lung cancer and 79 died of the disease.

`` Former and current smokers can significantly reduce the risk of lung cancer death and death through moderate to severe aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, running and cycling for 20 to 30 minutes three to five times a week, '' said Baruch Finchelpium, who led the study.

The researchers confirmed that lung cancer is the most common cancer in the world, where more than two million new infections and 1.8 million deaths annually from the disease, and tobacco is the most important factors of injury and death of lung cancer.
