The tournament will use video technology (the mouse), with the video room being inside the stadium, which may speed up the decision-making process, and give it greater eligibility, unlike (the mouse) used in the Spanish league, which depends on the referee continuing to the video room located in its main headquarters in Madrid.
A review of the refereeing cases will also be presented to the fans on the field, which is not applied by the Spanish Federation in the league matches, in order to prevent criticism of the fans attending the matches.
The tournament will also use the goal-line technology, for the first time in the history of Spanish football, a technique that determines whether the ball crosses the goal line or not.
The Premier League and Champions League used this technique, but it has not yet been applied in Spanish championships.
The new edition of the Spanish Super Cup will be launched in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Wednesday evening, with the participation of the Spanish league giants.
The Spanish Federation decided to change the shape of the Super Cup, which was held before the start of the season, between the Spanish champions and the King's Cup champion, in one final round-trip.
Four clubs will participate in the new version, Barcelona (the champion of the league), Valencia (cup champion), Atletico Madrid (summer league) and Real Madrid (third league).
The tournament will be held in the semi-final and final system with the knockout rate, where the semi-final matches will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, with the final match taking place on Sunday
