Study and sport lead to excellence

British researchers found that children who participate in physical exercise during math, English and science classes do better in school exams. The researchers found that children who learn to count in their lessons through the practice of "jumping in place" improve their educational level, which shows when they take a test in mathematics. At the same time, their study results showed that children active in their classes were more focused and able to follow instructions. Researchers from University College London and others from the Netherlands, Australia and Singapore participated in the study.
