Union and Hama Chamber of Industry Discuss Cooperation to Qualify Students for the Labor Market
Eng. Bishr Al-Qadi, President of the Students' Union in Hama Governorate, conducted an official visit to the Chamber of Industry headquarters. During the visit, he met with the Board of Directors, represented by the President of the Hama Chamber of Industry, Mr. Assad Kajoun, and the administrative staff, represented by the Chamber's Director, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Arabi.
The meeting was also attended by the management of the Vocational Training and Qualification Center (HIAS), represented by the Center’s Director, Dr. Ahmed Kurdi, and the Programs and Projects Manager, Mr. Haitham Al-Qatranji. The discussions focused on exploring ways to enhance cooperation between the Chamber of Industry and the Students' Union in Hama to improve student skills and prepare them for the labor market.
The meeting resulted in an agreement on several key points, most notably:
Drafting a joint agreement between the Chamber of Industry and the Students' Union to provide exclusive discounts for students and offer free workshops and training courses.
Establishing a practical link between students and Hama’s factories through the Union to organize scientific, field, and training trips.
The Students' Union values the efforts of the Hama Chamber of Industry in raising the students' academic level, integrating them into the labor market, and enhancing their scientific and practical efficiency. Furthermore, the Students' Union in Hama seeks to strengthen strategic partnerships aimed at securing job opportunities for students across all sectors and fields
