Lebanese demand the Syrian government to pay for the refugees' use of electricity

The Lebanese Movement for Change (MDC) has called on its government to oblige the Syrian government to pay the cost of electricity for Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
 
The agency quoted the head of the Change Movement, Elie Mahfoud, as saying: "Asylum of the Syrians is inflicting heavy losses on the Lebanese treasury.
 
He continued: «As long as the Lebanese state buys electricity from Syria and pay about 400 billion pounds, Lebanon bears the burden of Syrian asylum».
 
It is noteworthy that the Director of Public Security Abbas Ibrahim said earlier: «the Russian initiative to return the Syrian refugees in the process of translation after having seen the officials in Lebanon».
