Others said: There is no material ability for us to buy diesel from the black market, in which diesel is available in any quantity you want, so a liter is sold at 350-400 pounds!
The director of the Hama petroleum branch, Daher Al-Daher, confirmed the availability of diesel and that there is no problem with that, but rather the problem with distribution to the number of families at the governorate level of 380 thousand families, according to records of obtaining the smart card, explaining that the distribution is not the responsibility of the petroleum branch, but it is the responsibility of the sub-spatial committees and committees Biology.
Daher indicated that the percentage of distribution of the first hundred liters to date has reached 90 percent at the governorate level, and the second phase of the distribution of the second 100 liters is expected to open with the start of the second half of this month.
